Dr. Arkady Tsibel earned his doctoral degree from the Tashkent School of Dentistry with a 4.0 GPA and honors in 1976.He then continued on to obtain a Ph.D degree in 1982 in Prosthodontics with an emphasis in Oral Surgery, again graduating with a 4.0 GPA and honors.Dr. Tsibel is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.Dr. Tsibel has been practicing in the same location for over 12 years.
Dr. Tsibel has a commitment for life-long learning in dentistry as evidenced by his hundreds of hours of continuing education, especially in implantology and cosmetic dentistry.He is certified by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Invisalign, and Waterlase Laser Dentistry Institute.
